Key Milestones

With a vision to provide quality products and services globally, Mr. Dhiraj Jain started Ennovata in 2008. And since then, the company has achieved several milestones, becoming the leading outsourcing company globally.
Today while serving the global customer base, we have offices in five key locations — USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore. This has become possible only with untiring efforts of our employees and our founder’s unmatched vision.
It gives us immense pleasure to share some of our key milestones with you.
a) Beginning of US operations : In January 2009, we started our US operations. The basic objective behind this set up was to serve our US customers efficiently and effectively. Being the major contributor to our success, we wanted to have our strong set up in the US market. This development has provided us with an opportunity to interact with our US customers directly, and understand their business requirements.
b) Started Singapore operations : The entire world is looking towards Indian market as the outsourcing hub. As one of the leading outsourcing companies in the Indian market, we decided to enhance our presence in Singapore. One of the crucial markets for us, Singapore gives us an opportunity to understand business culture in Singapore and other neighboring countries.
We started our Singapore operations in August 2009. And since then, we have received tremendous response from the local market.
Moving ahead, we are planning to add some more products and services to our local offerings. This development has really proved to be beneficial for our business.
c) Our new location : While enhancing our global presence, we moved into our new office location in Pune, India at the beginning of 2010. The move was aimed at meeting our rapid growth. With increased customer base, we felt the need to have modern set up to meet all sorts of business requirements. Our new space is equipped with all modern amenities. We have paid special attention to our customers’ demands in this new space.
Today, we can house more than 150-200 employees in this specious location, equipped with all modern infrastructure. From specious sitting arrangements for our employees to comfortable and equipped conference rooms, and dedicated spaces for cafeterias to storage, we have answered every requirement of our customers and employees.
d) Became 50-employee Company : The company was started with a group of four people. However, our founder has big things in mind. And the entire team started working towards this ambition. We started adding to our workforce slowly, but steadily. As markets started responding to our products and services positively, we decided to enhance our workforce.
By the beginning of 2010, we became a strong workforce of 50 skilled and talented professionals. This achievement describes market response to our products and services. With this addition, we were able to enhance the scope of our offerings in the market. The separation of individual roles enabled us to concentrate on key market offerings with expert insights.
e) Became 100-employee company : Once we became a 50-employee company, our next goal was to become a 100-employee company. And we did that. In July 2010, we hired our 100th employee. This moment was full of pride and happiness. Since our inception in 2008, we achieved every goal that we wanted to achieve. This has become possible only because of our team.
Our strength lies in our team and its dedication towards customers and market demands. Today, we are capable of delivering any technology innovation in shortest possible time.
